Past Projects
TRANKEL RESEARCH & ANALYSIS (TRA) has consulted for a variety of business, government and non-profit agencies. We specialize in survey research, statistical data analysis, program evaluations, and the development of customized database programs. In our current capacity as the statewide contract evaluator for Montana's Department of Public Health and Human Services child abuse and neglect programs, we are pround to be in our fifth year of analyzing data and providing technical assistance to over 50 non-profit groups across the state.Other TRA research projects have included community surveys in 3 states on death and dying issues designed to improve th quality of end-of-life care; a community survey on the Blackfeet Reservation to assist the Blackfeet Nation in developing a welfare reform project; a study of professors and students to examine attitudes regarding ethical behaviors of professors; an outcome evaluation for the University of Montana's Campus Compact program regarding service learning experiences for students; and an outcome evaluation of a welfare to work program developed by Women's Opportunity Resource Development.
